i’m brittany. i’m 24, interested and active in all things healthy, fitness, and weightlifting related. i grew up a skinny kid, then chubby kid, back to skinny, and in my senior year of high school reached my highest weight of 196 lbs. then i decided to make a change and it took a year and a half, but i lost 75 lbs on my own. and i’m proud to say i’ve kept it off for five years already. but now i’m on a journey to gain muscle, and i’m learning a lot about my own body in the process. i don’t have a goal weight, i don’t exactly have a goal body. i just want to look as good as i possibly can, stay THIS comfortable in my own skin, and be as healthy as i possible can.
